Rental Rate*

 

• Daily rate           $275 - 475

• Weekly rate       $1,995

• Monthly rate     $2,995

       *Rate varies due to season and holidays

 

 

House Rules

 

• Only preauthorized pets with a fee paid in advance

• Only guests listed in the confirmation shall stay in the property

 

Fees

 

•  Cleaning fee         $150

•  Security deposit   $400    ( deposit plus ⅓ of the rent due upon booking, ⅓ rent due 60 days prior, & ⅓  due 30 days prior to reservation)

                  

 

Refund Policy

 

• Cancellations 120 + days prior to Arrival - Refund of deposit and any Rent and Tax paid less $ 100 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 60 days or less prior to Arrival - Your refund of any monies paid (Deposit/Rent/Tax) will be less a $100 cancellation fee plus any reduction in rent rate needed for last minute bookings.
